Scheduled sessions are not refundable and can only be rescheduled. May require additional fee to reschedule.

Travel Clients- Consultant has the right to deny sessions if location/area in which the potential client agreed upon is deemed unsafe, unclean or a potential health hazard.

Client hair must be cleaned thoroughly before scheduled session. Consultant has the right to deny scheduled sessions if hair is deemed unclean or requires medical attention (i.e. dandruff, bleeding, etc....). May require additional fee to reschedule.

If needed, the Consultant or Client is entitled to a 15 min break within a 4 hour period or per session.
