Cancelation Fees

Scheduled sessions are non-refundable and may only be rescheduled. An additional fee may apply to reschedule.

 

Same-day cancellations will incur a mandatory $50 cancellation fee.

Travel Clients

The Consultant reserves the right to refuse service if the agreed-upon location is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a potential health risk.

Hair Conditions

Clients must arrive with hair thoroughly clean prior to their scheduled session.

The Consultant reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session if the client's hair is unclean or shows signs of a scalp condition that may require medical attention (e.g., excessive dandruff, bleeding, etc.). Rescheduling in such cases may result in an additional fee.

Break Policy

For sessions lasting four hours or more, the Consultant and/or Client is entitled to a 15-minute break per session.
